About Us — Rome & Floyd County, GA
About Seven Hills Emergency Tree: Our 3 Promises
About Seven Hills Emergency Tree in short: we connect Rome homeowners with local tree help fast, we stay honest about what we are, and we never invent reviews or credentials.
Rome is called the City of Seven Hills. That’s where our name comes from.
We run a local referral line for tree problems in Rome and Floyd County. You call one number. We connect you with an independent local tree service.
Who We Are
Seven Hills Emergency Tree is a tree service referral business. We focus on one area: Rome and the rest of Floyd County, Georgia.
We are not a tree company. We don’t have crews, trucks or saws.
What we do is make it easier to reach a local tree service, especially when a tree is down and you don’t know who to call.
Why We Started This
When a storm drops a tree on a roof, most people don’t have a tree service saved in their phone.
They search, call around, and wait. That’s stressful when a limb is on the house.
We built this site to be the one number to call for tree help in Rome. We also built it to answer common questions honestly, with no sales pitch.
What Makes an Emergency Tree Removal Referral in Rome, GA Different
- Local only. Rome, Lindale, Shannon, Armuchee, Cave Spring and the rest of Floyd County.
- Free to call. You only pay the tree service if you hire them.
- No obligation. You can decline the quote or get others.
- Straight answers. Our guides cover tree species, safety, permits and costs in plain English.
What We Won’t Do
We think honesty earns more trust than big claims. So:
- We won’t claim to be a licensed tree contractor.
- We won’t post fake reviews or made-up customer stories.
- We won’t invent a team, years in business or job counts.
- We won’t promise another company’s price, timing or work.
If that changes — for example, if we gather real, verified reviews — we’ll add them here.
How to Vet Any Tree Service
Whoever you hire, ask:
- Can I see your certificate of insurance?
- Do you carry workers’ compensation?
- Is an ISA Certified Arborist on staff?
- Is the quote in writing, with cleanup included?
See How It Works for the full process and our tree care glossary for quote terms.
